THE MODEL
The 1967 Porsche 912 served as the spiritual successor to the iconic 356, this model seamlessly integrates the timeless Porsche aesthetic with modern engineering advancements. THE ENGINE
The 1968 Porsche 911S engine is a legendary powerplant that epitomizes the spirit of performance and innovation. Featuring a horizontally opposed, air-cooled six-cylinder configuration, it boasted a displacement of 2.0 liters, producing around 160 horsepower. What set the 911S engine apart was its advanced engineering, including twin Weber carburetors, high-compression pistons, and improved camshafts, delivering exhilarating acceleration and a thrilling exhaust note.
THE CAR
This car is the perfect mix of performance, patina and track day readiness! Designed by a previous owner to be a hotrod on the street as well as a track car. The heart of the car is a legendary 1968 911S flat six 2.0L engine. Many of the parts of the build were sourced from a Euro delivery 1968 911. It features the original 4-speed transmission with LSD. Adjustable suspension as well as adjustable front and rear sway bars. Bilstein shocks also helped the handling.
Willwood 4 caliper brakes up front and a bias control knob in the cabin. It also has a fuel cell which was recently rebuilt, plumbed fire extinguisher, 5 point harness in both seats, full roll cage (minus side bars) Bracing for front and rear glass, outside electical cutoff switch and much more.
